Cancun is a very tourist city from Mexico specially for the Spring Break period.
The city is on the cost at the south-east of the country in the Caribbean see; to the Yucatan Peninsula.

Cancun is in the Quintana Roo state.

The beaches are beautiful (white sand) and the sea is so pure that's incredible.
The waters of Cancun are calm and perfect for surfing, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling and boat trips.
Several islands lie off shore: Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Isla Holbox, and Contoy.
In the area between Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancun and Punta Nizuc, at the southern end of the hotel zone,
there is a chain of coral reefs. (Cancun counts with the fifth largest reef in the world).



Cancun also has fascinating Mayan ruins and a museum dedicated to the Mayas.



The average weather is around 30C° (85F°).

There are 350 000 people in Cancun. They live with the American's and Canadian's tourism.

The language is the Spanish but if you speak English that's enough.
In fact Cancun is like a mini USA.

This is an extremely young city, indeed the constructions began in 1969.

-the hotel zone (more than 143 hotels)

In town you will find many shopping centers (special tourist lol); every kind of souvenir is available there.

There are many restaurants and fast food too (like Burger King, Subway, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood...).
But there are some traditional places too.

We could take the bus to go to the city.
The price is very cheap, so don't hesitate: it's about 6 Pesos = 0.6 USD = 0.5 EUR = 0.3 GBP.
They are available very often and all night long. So to come back from clubs that's great.
Don't rent a car that's a waste of money.
